Am I blind or is there no obvious link to the FAQ's on the FORUM pages of Dev-C++ ?
If I am right and there isn't then perhaps it needs to be added. Even if I am not right, the fact that I do not see it means that many others do not either.

P.S. Just saw the Premiere of Lord of the Rings, Two Towers last night. Got to recommend that you read the books before watching the movies. Good stuff but I spent most of the time explaining the story to my wife! Jumps about a bit.

And long too! I watched it in the theater and it started at 11:30 PM. It wasn't done till 2:30 AM putting mr home at 3. Ugh. Oh well it was a good movie and worth the effort even if the tickets were $13.50 a peice. (*Note* I am Canadian so the price is in CAD, for those who care)
