give an outline of how to use and link libraries.
Also you need to be aware that you will need a libcurl.a binary that is
compiled for MinGW/GCC, an Linux or Cygwin build will not work.
I don't understand how to get libcurl working with Bloodshed. I've read a few
tutorials but the information I've read is all garbled.
Can someone walk me through it?
