could someone please tell me how i get a .dsp file to open in dev-c++?

  You might get more answers if you explained
  (1) What a .dsp file is and
  (2) What you mean by open, open in the editor, open via program?
  
  Might want to google on gcc and your file stuff...

  oh, and Wayne... a dsp is a msvc project file...

  PS. even though I used msvc I don't know... what does the dsp stand for? dumbshit project? ;-)
