Begginer seeking a sample to use the systray!

I try to find out a complete sample in c++ (using dev c++) of a daemon runing in the systray (on the site of the clock) and showing a little menu when clicking on the icon !!
Something usual now ! But no way to find a complete sample on which I will be able to work it out !
I have to say that this will be my first try on c++ ! So thanks for your help !
