I recently installed dev-c++ on my laptop and anything I try to compile it comes up with this error:

Line Message
2 unable to run program file.

I also have dev-c on my desktop too, but I have no problems compiling.

A solution would be greatly appreciated =)

Desktop is running win2k sp2. Laptop is win2k sp3. Could service pack 3 be the problem?
