Hi I have installed Bloodshed Dev-C++ when I compile a program it compiles then just at the end it comes up with a virus Generic12.FKN. I am postive I dont have a virus on my PC is there any issues regarding this?

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
What is the exact text of the message (including the title bar text and the content)?
If you are happy that this is a false positive rather than a real issue, add it as an exception.
If you are uncertain or wish to err on the side of caution, stop using Dev-C++ and use a different tool. Dev-C++ is not under active development, so this problem is unlikely to be fixed.

What AV tool are you using?
Is it using heuristics?
Does it have the ability to add exceptions?

How do you know that you have a virus? Is an anti-virus
popping up and telling you this? What anti-virus?
I have seen false positives pop up with respect to Cygwin (more often) and MinGW (less often)
