Well, I got one...
In fact it's not only a Dev-C++ CD but a Dev-C++ & wxWindows & wxGlade & etc. CD I used in college because they didn't want to install this stuff :)

If you have a slow dial-up connection and are paying for connection time (local calls are not free here in the UK), a CD may be cost effective and more reliable.

Actually my CD consists of a version of Dev I downloaded, a seperate Mingw installation and wxWindows plus tools. Problem was setting the paths correct, but editing Dev's config files and using some batch files solved it. I could have used Borland C++ Builder in college, but I think it's somewhat outdated and, well, the IDE just s**ks... :)
I'm on a dial-up and here in germany local calls aren't free either, but I think that downloading Dev-C++ doesn't take that long, so I wouldn't want to get all stuff on a CD.

I would like to purchase a Dev C++ CD-ROM. Is there such a beast?
Check the Bloodshed home page, there is a reference there to a CD of a number of Bloodshed titles....

Why do you want a CD?
