"Insert" custom text in Dev-C++?

This seems simple but... how do I created my own custom "insert" messages in Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2? Right now I can only insert "Time/Date" and "Comment Header" using "Edit>Insert" or "Insert" on the toolbar. How do you create your own??
