Creating a menu bar in my current project.

Hey guys,

thanks for helping me out on the Random number Generator. Now another problem has arisen.

U see, I am a person who likes to do thing in a good and complete way. So, I decided to include some menus in my project.

The menus I need are

File
View
Tools
Help

Now I know that Dev CPP has an example on creating menus. And I require a resource file. this file is already created in the example. So what I did was I added this new resource file into my project. But I dont know how to implement it. With your help Ill be able to do it
