In SourceForge's "Search" (near topleft of this page) select "Software/Group" and search for "CVS". There's a whole variety of them. I'm trying out TortoiseCVS as a first shot, which is apparently based on WinCVS but simpler (though less comprehensive). Also have their own website http://www.tortoisecvs.org.

Sure, WinCVS. I could not setup any CVS to go through my ISP's firewall though.
I guess WinCVS is somewhere around here on sourceforge.

I have downloaded wincvs and still i couldnt use it right :\ It needs python and i dont have/dont want it.
If you find any other tool post it here :)
