I'm using the version 5.0 beta 9.2 (4.9.9.2) of Dev-C++. I have to install a package (SDL_net-1.2.5-3hot) with the package manager, but it give to me the following error:
"This version of Package Manager only support packages up to version 2.
The package you selected has version number 3.
This means the package format has changed.
It is highly reccomended to upgrade the last version of Dev-C++ and Package Manager"
But the 5.0 beta is the last version, what i have to do?

packman.exe is a separate executable. What is the version specifically of that (you can run it separately from the tools menu or from teh Windows start menu), check Help->About (at a guess, I have not got Dev-C++ on this PC to check, or possibly the window title bar).
You didn't quite answer whether the version you are currently using of Dev-C++
is the first one on your machine, or whether there were earlier versions.
I ask this question for a specific reason. Some folks have upgraded, or have
an incompletely removed version of Dev that is still hanging around, and might
cause issues.
When did you get this DevPak by the way?

Either way, there is an update to packman.exe at https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10639&package_id=146170&release_id=310363, which may be later than yours.

Did you install version 4.9.9.2 from scratch, or did you have an earlier version?
Where are you getting the dev-pack in question from, i.e. what server?
Wayne
