How use gdb in Dev-C++ for program with args?

I need to debug a program with commandline arguments.

Program starting with arguments like this:
program -a optarg1 -b oprarg2 arg1 arg2

But I don't know how to use gdb in Dev-C++ IDE for program
with arguments :(
