well, i 've looked into "look here first before posting a question" section, and i can't seem to find an answer there, so i'm asking here...
my problem is in writing signs "<" and ">" dev c++ won't recognize "alt gr+ ." so i can't write "#include <>" i'm using copy-paste for now, but it really annoys. just to mention that my language settings are fine, and the keyboard normally recognizes "<>" everywhere except in dev c++.
finaly, i thank everyone for kind answer, and i apologize for being so ignorant as i am. i'm new to program.
thanks, and good day

The problem has come up before, and I don't think a solution was found. It does not happen with US or UK keyboards, or indeed others that have these symbols on the normal key sequences. What is yours?
You could set your keyboard layout to US or UK. Windows supports multiple locales, and can switch between them on the fly from the task bar. Pick the layout closest to your own but with these symbols, or purchase a US or UK keyboard.
On a UK keyboard they are on the bottom row, layed out thus:
SHIFT : <shift> | Z X C V B N M < > ? <shift>
NORMAL : <shift> \ z x c v b n m , . / <shift>
