This is a community forum, so it is not "our" web page. Bloodshed was owned by
Colin Laplace; none of the projects from Bloodshed have been actively
maintained since 2005.
You may want to check out the derivative project at http://wxdsgn.sourceforge.net/ which is
maintained and has greater functionality, including the ability to use
VC++2008 as the toolchain. Dev-C++ is largely redundant since Microsoft
started giving away its compiler for free, but wxDev-C++ still has a niche
since Microsoft's free tools do not support MFC or native GUI "visual"
development, providing only .Net/Windows forms for OO "visual" development.
wxDev-C++ provides an alternative to MFC by using WxWidgets.
Personally however I have switched to C# for GUI development and use
Microsoft's free "Express Edition" C# and C++ tools exclusively for PC
development; you just can't beat that debugger!

wxdsgn just sucks to me they removed some options like building an empty
project, the use of dllwrap, etc etc
"Express Editions" .... I don't need a 3Gb tool to code 10Kb apps, fuck to ms

It seems the bloodshed.net domain has expired and been replaced by a
cybersquatter page. Any plans on reclaiming or replacing your webpage?

I love VC++'s debugger. It's helped to solve so many problems it's not funny.
Does anyone have a complete mirror of the site? I can't believe I never made
one, grrr...
Andlabs:
Really? Why is that so unbelievable? Who goes around making habitually mirrors
of other peoples sites!?
What is it from the Bloodshed site that you need that cannot be obtained
elsewhere?
