i just loaded the new 4.9.5.0 dev-c++ and i tried to import a msvc++ .dsp and nothing happened, the import page just sat there. also when i try to load a devc++ template file it loads it as a text file and doesnt load all the components of the template which i tried to open. is this a concurrenct problem or is there a way around it or am i doing something wrong ?????

As i said before, In delphi, you shouldn't pursue "flexibility".
simply, vc++ seems similar to devc++.
but it's not true. vc++ is Windows(TM) OS tools.
many native systematically!
devc++ is linux variant gcc(non-native) with delphi app.
Naturally, flexing devc++?, make devc++ to be destroyed!
Satisfied VB6 level.......
ps--
VB7 has "vbc.exe"............ ha ha ha
