where to place my HLP file & config ?

i' ve placed my devcpp.hlp in the c:\dev-cpp & the c:\dev-cpp\help dir and indicate the path in devcpp.cfg & c:\dev-cpp\help\devcpp.ini but when i push F1 on the code devC++ sais that he can't find the devcpp.hlp file .
