I don't think e-mailing Bloodshed will get you far. It is unsupported by anything other than this forum, and no longer under active development. Besides the users of this forum know far more about fixing problems with Dev-C++ than the original author ever did.

Good - and what happened?
If it failed to find the uninstaller, I suggest that you reinstall it first in order to reinstall it. You might run the uninstaller directly from the Dev-C++ submenu of "Programs" on the start menu or directly in the installation folder.
In the end Dev-C++ is not a very complex installation, and simply deleting the c:\dev-c++ folder and the start-menu entries will remove the most of it. There are a few registry entries for file associations, but other than that Dev-C++ is configured using plain old .ini and .cfg files; and these are installed in your user profile (or the All Users profile). The "PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING A QUESTION" has some advice on uninstalling and finding these files because the uninstaller for older versions of Dev-C++ does not remove them in any case.
Of course you could just ignore it an leave it installed but unused.

Under the category of thinking when you post a question - do you realize that you never mentioed the specific version of Dev that you have installed?
