How can I get a .Devpak installed with Dev C++ 4?

  Just try version 5 beta, and use vUpdate to grab 4.9.7.5 (latest). The beta is very stable and uses a newer version of the Mingw (at least I think thats how its spelled) compiler, which is more standards compliant, and stuff. You will be much happier with Dev-Cpp 5 than 4.
