I love the DevC++ interface, can I modify to use the C# compiler included with the .NET SDK.

  An alternative suggestion is the following open source, free IDE that is build for C# and VB.net:

  When I was using the .netfx stuff, I used it, and it worked well, and it appears to have gotten significantly better in the time since then. Check it out.
