Need help, I cannot open my Project Options, reinstalling doesn't help. This error appeared from no where, it used to work fine, and only occurs on my laptop (but not my PC). I'm using Vista SP 1.

Dev-C+ is no longer in development, and given teh problems getting it to work at all in Vista, my advice is unless you have a very good reason for needing to use it - don't.

Except that my school requires us to use it, and all teaching instructions are based on Dev-C D:

Can I use wxDev-C++ as a replacement for Dev-C++? If I have to use another IDE, I rather use something similiar to what I'm suppose to use, so that when my tutor teaches the class something, it will be easier for me to relate to.
