the source is in dev-cpp cvs tree here: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/dev-cpp/V5/source/conio/
why was it recompiled? is it patched with some newer version or on purpose to work with dev-cpp?

I'm trying to create an updated mingw-runtime package, and I don't know how should I go about this.
