Hello, I'm the maintainer of Chinese (Traditional) language file.
When I tried to translate the entries of the "Tip of the Day", I found that if I translate "2701=Did you know..." into Chinese, then it would not be displayed correctly in the Tip of the Day window. In other words, the Tip of the Day inner area can display English/European characters only. I didn't try to translate the contents of tips, but I think they are the same.
Now I keep these parts as English. If anyone need any file to test, I would like to provide.

OK, I fixed it in CVS. The next program update will have it set correctly...
