missing Help files on Dev-C++ version 4.9.6.0

I installed Dev-c++, and i am running it now, somehow i had an error msg "cannot find the C:\dev_cpp\help\devcpp.hlp file". is the help file installed seperately? if yes where can i get it.

  No it's not separate.
  The only thing that may be a problem is the dev_cpp instead of dev-cpp ( you may have changed it at install )
