I was using DEV C++ on my "old" 32bit workstation without any problem. Recently I have upgraded my PC to a 64bit based CPU with XP64, and I cannot compile my previous project. Is this an inherent problem? can I do some "magic trick" to use DEV C++ with my new workstation?
Thanks, and have a nice and funny day

Noone answered, so I could try my best. I can only advice you to use separately downloaded mingw build tools (especially compiler) tailored for XP64.
If it's only compiler problem, than this may help.
So try to use devcpp with no mingw bundled in, and download separately mingw for xp64. the binaries for this system should be somewhere on the net.
