Bug report Dev-Cpp 4.9.6.0.
on Win98 SE Pentium 16MB Ram
Thanks Colin and Crew, for all your hard work.
1) Using your "Simpwin" example project from "Dev-cpp\Examples\Simpwin",
which has the files; "Simple.dev", "Simple.rc", "Main.cpp" and "Simple.ico" (which is your "mainicon" graphic named as "Simple");
2) Open the project by double-clicking on the old style "Simple.dev". "Done parsing in 0.41 seconds". The icon is displayed in the "General" tab in "Project Options".
3) Remove the icon with the "Remove" button. Click "OK" to close "Project Options". Check the directory you were working from. As soon as the dialog was closed, the "Simple.ico" is not just removed from the project, it is completely DELETED from the folder. Maybe this is
what you wanted the "Remove" button to do. But, if so, could you please name the button "Delete".
Sorry for bitchin'... thought you should know, in case you didn't.
