I'm active user of Dev-Cpp and very interested in fixing this functionality shortage of the ClassExplorer tool: functions and data list are not sorted in any way.
Can you add function and data sorting by alphabet in class explorer? It would be greatly easy for use.

Summary Admin Home Page
In that list is a burrn for RFE - Requests For Ehancements - that is the place to check to see if someone else has made a similar request, and if not, to make one.
Although, you did have my hopes up with

I thought you were going to volunteer to do the work.

No problem, but i programming only in C/C++. And as i understand, Dev-Cpp writing in Delphi, Pascal - basics language :)

Class Browser seems to sort classes correctly.
If you're willing to spend time on testing my build, I'm willing to implement changes to allow sorting.
