#728 could not change to the templates directory (C:\Dev-Cpp\%path%\Templates\)

i have a problem with dev c++ i cant create a project because give me this error:could not change to the templates directory (C:\Dev-Cpp\%path%\Templates). and if i click ok i will get the new project but i cant select the type of project.

i have the program installed in c:\Dev-cpp, program version is 4.9.9.2 and is runnig in windowns7.
