I just installed Dev-C++ v4.9.9.2 in a Windows Vista Business 32-bit today, and whenever a character is pressed inside the code viewer, the scroll bar at the right side of the window swaps from the Vista-style to the Win98-style. I have attached a screenshot comparision with the correct scroll bar and the wrong scroll bar.
