#684 Restart upon installation

I've experienced the same problem on another machine once; didn't report it. The computer should do an automatic restart upon compilation, or it should immediately change whatever paths need to be changed. I spent a huge amount of time trying to figure out why make.exe wasn't functioning, only to read on usenet chats that I need to restart, which fixed that problem.
