#683 Vista incompatibility with GCC

Couldn't figure out problem: looks to be here: http://www.alex-ionescu.com/?p=16. Another site says that the only gcc that works with Vista is the latest 4.22 release. I believe it, as I'm running Vista, and things are getting weird upon compilation. Please consider including the new GCC with dev-cpp
