#680 Error on loading

I have tried several times to load Dev-C++ and always
encounter the following warning ..

Confirm:
There doesn't seem to be GNU make file in PATH or in
Dev-C++'s Bin path .. you will not be able to compile
anything.

Please suggest and detail what steps I should take, I
need to get my version running in time for a school
assignment.
