#658 changes to program not being recognized!

I am running DevC++ 5 (beta 4.9.92)on Windows XP. The
program had been working fine, and I have not made any
significant changes to the program files or my computer
at all, but now when I change my code in a major way,
recompile and run it - the output is ecactly as it was
before I made any changes. I have even commented out
all function calls in main and still get the same
results (the result is obciously wrong). I have tried
installing DevC++ 4, and re-installing 4.9.9.2 version,
and still the same thing.

Any advice on how I can resolve this?
