#657 I can't open Dev C++

I install Dev C++ 4.9.9.2 and run it. The
configuration screen showed and i did it and the
splash screen gone away. in the taskbar there was a
Dev C++ but the main screen didn't appear. I waited
for a long time but didn't change.
My system like this:
amd turion 64 x2
Windows Media Center 2005 sp2
512mb ddram
