#647 Multiline tab indent fails when class browser is disabled

Version 4.9.9.2.

I often need to indent multiple lines of code.
Usually, selecting all the lines and pressing tab will
indent each line.

However, when the class browser is disabled, pressing
tab will instead replace the entire selection with a tab.
