#618 Define Compilerset in .Template file

Its not possible to define a compilerset in a Template
file with CompilerSet=1 or something like this.
This would be a nice feature when working with more
than one Compilerset.

I implemented something like this in wx-devcpp for our MS
VC++ branch. It's definitely a nice feature when you are
using multiple compilers. If anyone is interested in adding
