#609 shifting from Full Screen to Normal mode

Start Dev-C++ choose Full Screen Mode ( F12 ) then
close program ( F4 ).
Start Dev-C++ again, program is now in the normal mode
but by clicking "Window" we see a "Back to normal"
option , when choosen the program shifts to Full Screen
mode.
That's all ,nothing special :)
