#599 Strange Search and Replace Behaviour

When selecting the option to prompt on replace and the
pressing NO to the prompt, the replace bar dissapears
and the serach and replace dialog exits.. I'm not
familiar with the Dev-c++ replace bar, but from other
IDE's and programs when selecting NO the replace
function simply moves to the next possible text to
replace and prompts again. I belive CANCEL is
responsible for what the NO button is currently doing.
version is 4.9.9.2
