#593 Dev-C++ & Windows Vista Betas 1&2

Not exactly 100% urgent, but is t just me or is dev-c++
broken on Windows Vista (5122 & 5219)? When I start it
up I get a message about make not being in by %
PATH%. I make dead sure it's in there, the compile
seems to succeed but no executable gets created. This
happens no matter the project (from little "Hello World"
programs to multi-megabyte projects). Using Dev-C++
4.9.9.2. I've tried everything short of diving into the code
to remedy it but to no avail.
