#589 Can't Install to Program Files

Upon Installing Dec-C++ 4.9.9.2 today, the Path
C:\Program Files\Dev-Cpp reports it can't install with ' '
(space) in path. Put quotes around path, and Install
button grays out. Then tried C:\Progra~1\Dev-Cpp , to
which it says '~' is invalid character in path. : )

I experienced the same thing using the same version. C:\Dev-
Cpp works fine, but not preferred.

Second that. Had to install directly to c:

This is annoying since I deleted an old version of DevC++ to
install this in the same directory in Program Files. I want
to use the same linker options and keep my original libs and
includes.

yes its the best way to fix a routing error, just terminate

One vote more for removing this silly check and to at least
allow "progra~1".
