#582 Linker-Error after Changing Projekt-Options

How to reproduce:
create a Project, but in some code. Change the
Project-Options and add Profiling. Then Compile. Turn
the Profiling off again and recompile the project, then
you get a linker-error because the .o file ist out of
date. Perhaps this should be deleted.
