#570 Line number gutter is black at first start

When we use Dev-C++ for the very first time, or after
"Documents and Settings\<user>\Application
Data\Dev-Cpp" has been destroyed, the line number
gutter is totally black. I've got this problem in
Win2K and XP.

To make it display the correct correct (other than
black), I need to go the menu Tools > Editor options.
In the "Display" tab, I need to enable "Line Numbers"
then OK and the gutter background will stop being black.

Actually, "Line Numbers" isn't the only way to get the
correct colour. I could have used the "Visible" option.

Bug [ 1123058 ] was more correct in that it's also possible
to solve this problem on simply clicking on the OK button
without changing anything at all.
