#562 Webupdate Chokes on UNC Application Data path

The way I have things set up, my dev-cpp config dir is:
"\mrlinux\profiles\jamie.WinShared\Application
Data\Dev-Cpp"

The web updater can't even apply the initial mirror
list update, and the path it displays is missing he
inital unc slash, so maybe that has somethign to do
with it. Just thought you lot should know.
