#554 Target runs in different cwd when debugging

My binary files are output to .\bin subdir of the project
directory.

When running straight, the cwd of the target program is
the .\bin subdir

When running under gdb (6.3.1), the cwd of the target
program is the project dir.

Yup, I have exactly the same problem. I also have reported
about it here, but nobody commented on it :-/

DevCpp team - please fix it...
