#547 WebUpdate don´t show already instaled DevPaks

I tried to update all DevPaks avaliable on
"DevPaks.org Cummunity DevPaks" and the instalation
occurs normaly but after i check about updates again
and it´s show as new the DevPaks already installed or
anothers versions and don´t show the installed version.

I sugest to this function an option to mark like "Show
older versions" or like this and this show only new
Paks.

first of all dev-c++ project is not responsible for
community devpaks

I'm not sure what is the bug actually? You would like to be
able to see installed devpaks in webupdate, including the
ones upgrades or downgrades are not available to?

Please describe steps to reproduce it and what devpak
exactly is there a problem with

I see the downgrades, but the version of the instaleds doesnt
showed (In the INSTALLED TAB), multiple versions of same
module are listed. I dont know where the information about
version/module is checked by the pak or the WebUpdate, but
if is W.U. this inst check corretly to this site, for the primary
is ok ...
