The "Ctrl + M" should be uncomment, but now It works to
add new lines

Could the reason be that Ctrl+M is the same as the return key?
If the shortcut is replaced by another key then it works
properly.

Proper keyboard shortcut for Uncomment command is: Ctrl + Alt + ',' (comma).
