#524 Chinese display error

Sorry my English is not good, I hope you can
understand it....

These bugs exist in 4.9.9.1 and 4.9.9.2:

1.In these 2 version, when I use Auto Indent, the "}"
character can't return to its right place, like
{
{
{
.......
}
}
}
I must uncheck "Smart Tab" it can works well.

2.Chinese display error.
A long line with Chinese character in it will not display
normal. When I scroll the screen to the end (right) then
return to the left, the Chinese characters are broken.
