#519 Pb with folder structure and creation

The structure of the folders is not kept after the project
is closed, once you re-open the project, the folders
defined are flatened at the root level.

Moreover, if you attemp to create a new folder while the
mouse is on a directory, the creation of the folder
makes DevCpp crashes.
