#502 Editor font rendering under Japanese W2K

I just installed version 4.9.9.1 and noticed a problem
with the editor fonts.

It appears that the font "cell" is too big. The font is
left justified and there's a gap of about one whole
character on the right.

I'm running it on a Japanese version of Windows 2000
SP4 so there may be something there. On the other hand,
nothing else in the application is being displayed
strangely.

I have played around with both the font type and the
size with no change in the end result.

The problem doesn't seem to exist under the US version
of W2K. Re-installing didn't help.
