#476 Class Browser

When using Dev-C++ on Windows XP, selecting (double
clicking) on an entry in the class-browser list casues
a jump to the class declaration in the include file,
and not the implementation in the cpp file.

It is difficult to pin down exactly when it does this,
as it appears to be working ok, but then starts to fail.

Right clickin on the class entry, and selecting
implementation also fails.
