#475 Code Completion Tooltip

DevCpp 4.9.9.1:
The problem is about the tooltip that is supposed to
show up when for example calling a function, just after
typing '(' and then some other character.
I've noticed that it is not displayed when the current
line does not have a \n at the end (when it is the last
line including blank ones)
